1.3 articles promulgated by National Communications Commission on December 7, 2016 in accordance with the order Tong-Chuan-Nei-Rong No. 10548034940, and enacted from the day of promulgation. 2.Promulgated by National Communications Commission on March 20, 2024 in accordance with the order Tong-Chuan-Nei-Rong No.11348005900
Article 2  Advertisements may be broadcast three times in programs that air for up to 30 minutes, and six times in programs that air for up to 60 minutes. For programs that air for more than 60 minutes, the number of advertisements that may be broadcast shall be determined using the aforementioned principle.
For live events, advertisements may be broadcast at appropriate times.
“Advertisements” as referred to in Paragraph 1 include those that are broadcast before or after programs as well as those broadcast during programs.
