Items Exempted from Establishment Permit for The Stations
I. Wireless transmitter or transceiver devices of mobile communications:
A. Mobile stations; and
B. Base stations with maximum RF output power from its transmitter≦ 1.26W established by mobile communications network businesses according to law.
II. Wireless transmitter or transceiver devices of fixed network telecommunications:
A. Fixed line cordless telephones; and
B. 57 to 66 GHz microwave radio stations.
III. Wireless transmitter or transceiver devices of satellite communications:
A. Mobile earth stations of satellite communications services; and
B. Small earth stations of satellite communications services; and
C. Personal locator beacons of satellite communications services.
IV. Wireless transmitter or transceiver devices of radio and TV broadcasts: radio broadcasting auxiliary transceiver systems established by radio and TV broadcasters or government agencies in the Metro Mall and tunnels for the improvement of listening quality.
V. Wireless transmitter or transceiver devices of low power radio waves radiated devices. However, transceivers of citizen band radio with the establishment of fixed antenna are not included.
