Chapter Ⅰ General Provisions
Article 1
These Regulations are enacted in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 3, Article 43 of the Telecommunications Management Act（hereinafter referred to as the Act）.
Article 2
Public telecommunications network inspection is divided into network performance inspection and info-communications security inspection.
Article 3
The network performance and info-communications security inspection object shall refer to the public telecommunications network establisher（hereinafter referred to as the establisher）.
