Article 1
These regulations are enacted in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 4, Article 36 of the Satellite Broadcasting Act.
Article 2
The term“Duration of Programs”in the provisions of Paragraph 4, Article 36 of the Satellite Broadcasting Act refers to a period from the onset of broadcasting program title, graphic, audio or text recognized as the start of the program to the moment before the broadcasting of next program title, graphic, audio or text recognized as the start of the following program.
Article 3
Advertisements may be inserted twice in programs that last up to 30 minutes, three times in programs that last up to 45 minutes, and four times in programs that last up to 60 minutes. For broadcasting of live events, advertisements may be inserted at suitable times.
Article 4
These regulations shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
