5.測試環境條件 5.1 常態環境測試條件（Normal test conditions）之溫度範圍為 +15℃ 至 +35℃，濕度範圍為 20 ％至 75 ％。 5.2 極端環境測試條件（Extreme test conditions ）溫度範圍為 -20℃ 至 +55℃，其他規定應符合 IEC 60945。
為避免常態或極端環境下器材之射頻特性超出限制值，爰參考 RTCM 11901.1 之 8.1.1.1 Normal test conditions 及 8.1.1.2 Extreme test conditions，訂定測 試環境條件。
